Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1/4 cupsliced almonds
  2. 1/3 cuphoney
  3. 2egg whites
  4. 1/2 teaspoonground cinnamon
  5. 1/8 teaspoonsalt
  6. 1 1/2 cupuncooked quick oats

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350 f. Place almonds on cookie sheet bake 8 -10 min until golden.set aside.

    Combine honey, egg whites, cinnamon and salt.mix well

  3. 3

    Add oats and toasted almonds mix well

  4. 4

    Make little balls with teaspoon put onto ungreased nonstick cookie sheet.

  5. 5

    Bake 12 minutes or until lightly browned
