1 (5 pound)beef bottom roast
2large onions, thickly sliced
8 oz.or 1 cup steak sauce
2 tablespoonsdried minced onion
1 tablespoonMontreal steak spice

Place onions in bottom of slow cooker.

Place roast on top of onions.

Pour steak sauce over roast to coat.

Cover and cook on HIGH for 5 hours or LOW for 8 hours or until internal temperature reaches at least 160 degrees Fahrenheit for medium doneness.
