Heat oven to 375°.

Combine flour, baking soda, and salt.

Cream the sugars, butter, shortening, vanilla, and water until fluffy.

Beat in eggs. Add flour mixture. Stir in chips.

Drop on greased baking sheet. Bake 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
