Ingredients

  1. 350 gramsplain white flour
  2. 3 tspbaking powder
  3. 50 mlolive oil
  4. 1 tspsalt
  5. 120 mlwater

    Preheat the oven to 200°

  2. 2

    Mix the flour, baking powder and salt into a large bowl until fully mixed

  3. 3

    Add the oil and water into the bowl and mix with your hands to form a ball shaped dough in the bowl. The ball should be soft but not sticky (add more water or flour if needed).

  4. 4

    On a floured surface, knead the dough for 3 to 4 minutes to create a smooth ball. Rip the ball in half and reshape into two separate balls

  5. 5

    With a rolling pin, flatten the ball into the desired shape. It should be 1cm thick. Repeat with the second ball

  6. 6

    Add your desired toppings (see my tomato and garlic pesto recipe for a homemade touch)

  7. 7

    Put the two pizza bases onto a tray and slide into the oven. Cook for 18 minutes

  8. 8

    Let cool for 2 minutes, cut and serve
