1 tinsainsburys lean ham
1 bag (250 g)long grain rice
1 tinsweetcorn

Fry off ham in a small pan or skillet add seasonings too taste

Microwave long grain rice as instructed on pack

Heat sweetcorn in microwave for 1 1/2 mins

Mix sweet corn rice and ham in a large bowl

Serve in bowl or plate and eat hot
