6 (6 ounce)salmon fillets
Marinade:
1/3 cup (78 ml)soy sauce
1/4 cup (60 ml)hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon (15 ml)chili garlic sauce
2 tablespoons (30 ml)lemon juice
1 tablespoon (15 ml)ginger
1 clovegarlic
2 tablespoons (30 ml)olive oil

Combine ingredients in pan and whisk.

Add salmon, cover and marinade in refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Reglaze salmon and bake for 30 minutes at 350°F, or until salmon flakes.
