The very own Maharashtrian breakfast item.
Steps

Take rice puffs add water and drain it. Just leave very little water so that they become soft.

Add salt and sugar as per taste to the soaked puffs and keep it aside.

In a kadhai take oil add mustard seeds and peanuts. Later add hing, turmeric powder and mix.

Add chopped green chillies,curry leaves and saute 1 min. add onions, corn and saute for 5 mins.

Now add soaked rice puffs/poha and mix well. Squeeze lemon(optional)

Cover with lid and cook for 3-5 mins and serve hot.

Garnish with fresh coriander leaves., Zero no.shev or grated coconut.
