In a bowl sieve the flour and salt. Add in the yeast and mix well.

Rub in the butter until the flour becomes crumbly

Add in the honey, eggs and vanilla essence

Knead to a soft by adding milk bit by bit

Place the dough in a warm place to proof for 45 mins

Punch the dough after proofing. Roll it out and sprinkle in the raisins. Roll the dough into desired shapes

Arrange on a baking try. Apply melted butter on top then sprinkle the sesame seeds on top. Bake at 170°C for 30 mins

Meanwhile mix some honey with melted butter. Apply this mixture on the baked but hot bread.
