2boil potatoes
4 slicesbread
1/2 cupshredded red cabbage
1 cupdiced bell peppers (red, yellow, green)
to tasteSalt
1 tea spoonchilli flacks
1 tea spoonoregano
1/2 tea spoonblack salt
As neededOil for frying

In a bowl mashed potatoes and add red cabbage, bell peppers

Add salt, chilli flacks, oregano, black salt
3

Add bread cut into small cubes and mix well
4

Heat oil in a wok and fry poppers till brown and serve with tomato sauce
