  2. Cooked potatoe
  3. Beef or chicken
  4. Red and green pepper
  5. Onion
  6. Carrot
  7. Spices
  8. Oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash ur chickpeas and cook for 1hr

    In a pot add oil onion meat and stir for about 3mnts

    And then add ur veggies and spices

    Add half cup of milk and chicken or beef stock

    Add ur chickpeas and cooked potatoes and allow to cook for at least 5mnts
