Fruits are rich in antioxidants whereas coconut milk is rich in proteins. Jaggery is itself a superfood. So it's good and easy way to to get nutrients into body.

Soak basil seeds in milk to plump overnight. keep it in refrigerator.

Now melt jaggery in a pan on low flame and add 1 tablespoon water, chopped nuts, poppy seeds and half of chopped banana and apple. Keep stirring. Simmer for 2 minutes more and remove from flame.

Now take a serving glass and base first with jaggery mixture generously. Now layer with all fruits and murabba. Now Pour milk-basil mixture on it.

Now again layer with jaggery mixture. Repeat layering till edge of glass.

At last garnish with orange ring and chocolate. serve immediately.

Yummy, delicious, powerpacked and full of nutrients breakfast is ready to fuel body.
