#Sinasirrecipecontest# I love my tribe so very much,I grew up seeing seeing snasir only occasionally and also the ones making it are the constant pple Everytime. Then I asked my mom,"is this snasir very hard to make that we only eat occasionally," she replied no dear is very simple,and you can have it anytime you like. So now that I'm married I make snasir for dinner, lunch,or breakfast.and my family really love it,most especially the kids.
Note: to be a perfect maker of snasir you have to practice alot.

Soak 3cups of rice overnight,wash and keep aside. Cook the remaining 1 cup.when it's cooked mixed it with the soaked and washed rice. Blend it to a very smooth paste, add yeast and cover the paste to rice.for about six hours

When is ready you add sugar,salt,b/powder and mix well.prepare your pan for cooking the snasir. spray some oil and pour in your batter.cover with lid.turn the stove to low.

It should have bubbles like you see.and when it's done it will look like this.no more white batter,like the picture above.

Remove from the pan to a plate before you fold it and keep it inside your food warmer.

Your snasir is ready.enjoy with any soup or as a snack.
