These kebabs are loaded with goodness of peanuts and soya granules. While adding minimal spices made these kebabs finger-licking yet healthy.

Soak the soya granules in hot water for 10 minutes. Squeeze out the water and blend till smooth. Mix with the rest of the ingredients except oil and cashewnuts.

Divide into large equal size portions. Give it shape of a round kebab. Place cashewnut on each kebab.

Shallow fry them in some oil till golden and crisp on both sides, Drain on a kitchen towel and serve with any homemade chutney of your choice.
