Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1 cupsoya granules
  2. 2 tablespoonPeanuts coarsely grind
  3. 2 tablespoonwhole Wheat Flour
  4. 1Onion finely chopped
  5. 1 teaspoonGinger-garlic paste
  6. 2green chilies, chopped
  7. 2 tablespoonCoriander leaves, chopped
  8. 1/2 teaspoonTurmeric powder
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. 1 teaspoonRoasted Cumin powder
  11. 1/2 teaspoongaram Masala powder
  12. 1/2 teaspoonBlack Pepper powder
  13. 5-6Cashewnuts
  14. Oil for shallow fry

Steps

15 minutes.
  1. 1

    Soak the soya granules in hot water for 10 minutes. Squeeze out the water and blend till smooth. Mix with the rest of the ingredients except oil and cashewnuts.

    Divide into large equal size portions. Give it shape of a round kebab. Place cashewnut on each kebab.

  3. 3

    Shallow fry them in some oil till golden and crisp on both sides, Drain on a kitchen towel and serve with any homemade chutney of your choice.
