Heat the pressure cooker add oil add cumin seeds, cloves,cinnamon,cardamom,bay leaf, ginger garlic paste, green chillies, onion saute for few minutes add sprouted whole Lentil, green peas, carrot,beans saute for few minutes add salt, garam masala mix well add water allow to boil. Close the lid cook till 2 whistle blower.

Allow to cool down, open the lid add Ghee and mix well. Serve hot with tomato onion Raitha. Enjoy healthy sprouted whole lentil Pulav.
