6 servings

1yellow onion, diced
1-2 tbsminced garlic
2ribs of celery, diced
1green bell pepper, diced
2 canskidney beans, drained
12-16 ozandouille sausage, sliced into coins
1/2 cupbroth
Seasonings: paprika, cajun, Italian, old bay, salt&pepper
Cooked rice

Steps

Add everything, except rice, to slow cooker and stir to combine. Cook on low 4 hours.

Serve over rice.
