Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cupflour
  • 2 1/2 teaspoonbaking powder
  • 1 tablespoonsugar
  • 1 cupmilk
  • 1egg
  • 1nd half tblspn meltd butter

Steps

  1. 1

    Sift all dry ingredients in a bowl

  2. 2

    In a seperate bowl, mix egg, butter, milk. Add the dry ingredients gradually and mix

  3. 3

    Cook on a non stick pan until brown on both sides
