Ingredients

  1. 250 gmBesan
  2. 1 tspsuji
  3. 1/2 tspDry coriander
  4. To tastesalt
  5. 1/4 tsphaldi (turmeric powder)
  6. 1green chilli chopped
  7. 1onion finally chopped
  8. As neededoil for little fry
  9. 1/2 tspginger paste
  10. 1/2 tspghee
  11. As required water for batter

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a big bowl add all ingredients mix well. Leave it 30min.

  2. 2

    Take a Non stick tavva heat it. Apply 1 tsp ghee and 2 tsp batter sread with spoon. Both sides little fry this.

  3. 3

    Cut with piza cutter. Ready to serve with Tomato sauce and Tea.
