Grilled aubergines 🍆
These are great as a side for any meal.
Steps

Pick 2 good looking aunergines and wash them

Cut them in thick slices

Put water in a pan and add salt to it
- 4
Put the sliced aubergines in the water for 5 to 7 minutes. Make sure that the aubergines are completely covered by the water. I did that by putting a plate on top of them to add some weigh

Throw the water away

Grill the aubergine slices on a pan with a little bit of olive oil
- 7
Leave them for 3 minutes on each side on mild fire. Add a little bit of oil again when turning them around

You can alternatively put the slices on an air frier to get some crispier aubergines

Serve them with your meal. They go great with salmon
