Milky Pudding

Firstly take all your ingredients you need.

Take China grass or agar agar and break into small pieces.

Soak China grass in 3/4 cup of water for 10 minutes.

Take milk in a sauce pan add in sugar mix well and heat till it gets little thick.

Once it comes to a boil remove it from heat and set aside.

Now heat the China grass and mix well till it is melted. Now pour this into the milk mix.

Now it is all melted and strain the mix. Now divide the mixture into two parts.

In one part add rose essence and rose syrup and in second part add green food colour and Khus syrup. And mix well.

Brush a mould lightly with oil pour the pudding mixture in and let this cool a bit.

Put this tray in fridge to set for 3-4 hours. Now it is all set cut into desire shape invert it. Enjoy.
