Take mashed potatoes and add paneer,cornflour,chat masala bread crumbs and add some mint chutney and salt to taste

Now mix well with your hands and make the dough smooth like gulab jamun dough.

Now take small balls and hollow it with your thumb and put a small cube of cheese inside ball and give shape of tikki

Now heat two spoon of oil on nonstick pan and cook till golden brown and crispy your tikki is ready to serve with sauce aur chutney.
