Place a large bowl and put a strainer over it that fits the size of the bowl. Place a cloth (I used a pillowcase) over the strainer. Pour the amount of yogurt you need (if you want to see how to make yogurt, check my page). Add a tablespoon of salt and stir a little. Tie the cloth well and let it drain the water. Every half hour, empty the bowl of the water that has collected. Leave it like this until the next day, as you can see in the picture.

Now, open the cloth after leaving it overnight and put the labneh in a refrigerator container. Now the labneh is ready 😋. I made a small amount, but you can add more yogurt to make more.
