4Potatoes peeled
1 tspsalt
as neededoil for fry
to tastechaat Masala

Firstry cut the potatoes in large size. soak all potatoes piece in cold water only 10 minutes then soak to hot water 10 minutes.

After 10 mint drain off then fry to hot oil and high flame till potatoes turn in brown colour and crispy.

Ready to potatoes and serve it salt or sauce.
