In a bowl,add 200- gm chickpeas,water and soak for 6- hours.

Take a pressure cooker,add water,soaked chickpeas,Salt, and cover it.with lid. Cook 6-7 whistles.

Heat oil in a pan,add bay leaf,clove,black pepper,cumin and stir well.

Add chopped onion and fry it turns golden brown.

Add ginger, garlic paste and stir well.

Add green chilli,and tomato puree and mix well. Cook for 10- minutes on medium heat.

Add red chilli powder, coriander powder,,Salt,chole masala,amchurpowder, garammasala,and mix it.

Add boiled chickpeas in it and mix well.

Cook for 5- minutes on medium heat.

Add coriander leaves. Cover with lid and give a nice stir. Remove it from heat.

Add pav init and dip the pav completely init.

Place the pav in a plate. Add tamarind chutney,garlic chutney,Sev, pomegranate,ginger,.

Serve hot.
