A mild twist to traditional Gunpowder which is the mandatory side dish for Idli and dosa in Tamil nadu.Added horse gram and flax seeds to make it further healthier..
Steps

Heat a pan and dry roast sesame seeds and flax seeds separately till they splutter and transfer to a bowl.

Add two tea spoons of oil and roast the dals and horse gram separately till they become well roasted and transfer to the bowl.
- 3
Add the remaining oil and fry the red chillies for 30 seconds and switch off the stove,
- 4
Once the roasted stuff gets cooled down add salt and asafoetida powder and put them in a blender and grind to coarse powder.
