Ingredients

12 hours
4 servings
  • 2 cupsamak rice washed and soaked
  • 1 cupsoaked sago
  • 1 tea spoonrock salt

Steps

12 hours
  1. 1

    Grind rice and make smooth paste.

  2. 2

    Add salt and keep it in sunlight for fermentation.

  3. 3

    When it fermented add sago.

  4. 4

    Pour this to idli mould and microwave for 3 minutes.

  5. 5

    Cool and de mould.

  6. 6

    Serve with green coriander chutney.
