2 cupsfresh beans, onions, tomatoes garlic ginger paste
leavesSalt curry powder oil coriander

Steps

Put oil in a pan (I use pressure cooker) add chopped onions, until a bit golden, add garlic ginger paste, then blended tomatoes..

Add beans, curry powder, coriander leaves and salt..

Put the pressure cooker lid and cook for 10 mins... Rice, ugali or Chapatti goes well with it
