Ingredients

  • 2 cupsfresh beans, onions, tomatoes garlic ginger paste
  • leavesSalt curry powder oil coriander

Steps

  1. 1

    Put oil in a pan (I use pressure cooker) add chopped onions, until a bit golden, add garlic ginger paste, then blended tomatoes..

  2. 2

    Add beans, curry powder, coriander leaves and salt..

  3. 3

    Put the pressure cooker lid and cook for 10 mins... Rice, ugali or Chapatti goes well with it
