Milk Oatmeal Parfait

Sanjita Kour
Sanjita Kour @cook_15912336

The French word for perfect is parfait, and when you add whole grains and fruit to Yoghurt/milk to create this you are giving yourself one of the most healthy breakfast.

Please note below point if you are new to include oats in your diet just like me

Raw Oats Vs. Cooked Oats. Eating raw oats is healthy provided you soak them in some liquid, like water, milk or even cranberry juice, before eating them. Eating raw dry oatmeal is bad for you in more ways than one, and if you must do it make sure you drink sufficient amount of water after its consumption
