Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 100 gmsBroccoli florets
  2. 1 tbspolive oil
  3. 1 tbspsoy sauce
  4. 1/2 tbspgarlic powder (or 1 clove garlic chopped)
  5. 1 tspchilli flakes
  6. 1 tspblack pepper powder
  7. Few dropsLime/lemon juice
  8. To tasteSalt
  9. SomeChia seeds for topping (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat the pan and add olive oil. Add broccoli florets and fry for 2-3 minutes.
    Add garlic and keep on frying for 1-2 minutes.
    Add soy sauce,chilli flakes,salt,pepper and lime juice.
    Mix it well and keep frying until broccoli is soft.
    Sprinkle chia seeds for additional nutrients.
