Ingredients

  • 2 cupsflour
  • 1/4 cupsugar or to taste
  • 2 tspyeast
  • 1egg
  • 3 pinchessalt
  • 1/2 tspbaking powder
  • 1atarodo cut into small pieces or more if you want it hot
  • Warm water
  • Oil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Sift all dry ingredients into a bowl add the atarodo and mix.

  2. 2

    Add the egg and gradually add the warm water to make not too watery batter.beat well using a wooden spoon cover snd allow to double in size.

  3. 3

    Fry in oil (medium heat)
