Ingredients

2 cupsflour
1/4 cupsugar or to taste
2 tspyeast
1egg
3 pinchessalt
1/2 tspbaking powder
1atarodo cut into small pieces or more if you want it hot
Warm water
Oil for frying

Steps

1

Sift all dry ingredients into a bowl add the atarodo and mix.

Add the egg and gradually add the warm water to make not too watery batter.beat well using a wooden spoon cover snd allow to double in size.

Fry in oil (medium heat)
