Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlmushrooms cut in 4 equal parts
  2. 1 bowlcapsicum cut in cubes
  3. 1 bowlassorted bell peppers cut in cubes
  4. 1/2 bowlFrench beans cut in 1 inch long parts
  5. 1/2 bowlbroccoli
  6. 1/2 bowlzucchini
  7. 1 tspfinely chopped garlic
  8. 1/2 bowlroasted peanuts
  9. 1whole dry red chilli
  10. 2 tspcorn starch
  11. 1 1/2 tspdark soya sauce
  12. 1/2 tsphoney
  13. 1 tspvinegar
  14. 2 tspoil
  15. as neededRed chilli sauce
  16. to tasteSalt
  17. 1 tspWhite pepper powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Properly wash all the vegetables and cut them in bite sized shapes and set aside.

  2. 2

    In a non stick frying pan add the oil and heat it properly, add the chopped garlic, chilli flakes and the whole dry red chilli.

  3. 3

    Now add all the vegitables and sauté on a high flame till these are half done.

  4. 4

    Add soya sauce, vinegar, chilli sauce, honey, salt and white pepper powder and mix well.

  5. 5

    To the dry mix add 1/2 cup water and let it come to boil.

  6. 6

    Mix the corn starch in some cold water and add the solution accordingly in the vegetables to thicken it up.

  7. 7

    Lastly add the peanuts.

  8. 8

    Serve hot with steamed rice.
