Steps

Properly wash all the vegetables and cut them in bite sized shapes and set aside.

In a non stick frying pan add the oil and heat it properly, add the chopped garlic, chilli flakes and the whole dry red chilli.

Now add all the vegitables and sauté on a high flame till these are half done.

Add soya sauce, vinegar, chilli sauce, honey, salt and white pepper powder and mix well.

To the dry mix add 1/2 cup water and let it come to boil.

Mix the corn starch in some cold water and add the solution accordingly in the vegetables to thicken it up.

Lastly add the peanuts.

Serve hot with steamed rice.
