Steps

Soaked in the rice for at least 3 hours, wash and cook one tin of rice until soft, keep it aside and allow it to get cold

Mix the soak and cooked rice add some white onions yeast and grind until soft and smooth

Keep in warm place and allow it to rise, add some baking powder, sugar and salt mix and fry on a non stick pan until golden brown, serve and enjoy with soup of choice
