Wet poha in a big strainer and keep it aside. Then take a bowl add mashed potatoes all dry masala and coriander leaves add poha and mix it well.

Now grease ur Handsworth little oil and make tikki from that all keep it in the plate.

Now heat oil in a kadai and put 4_5 cutlet in med hot oil and fry till golden brown from both sides pour on a tissue paper to absorb the oil

Now serve in a plate with tomato ketchup or chutney
