  • 2 bunchmchicha
  • 1 bunchspinach
  • 2tomatoes
  • Onion
  • Salt
  • Cooking oil

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash your vegetables thoroughly, cut them into small size and boil for 5 minutes.

    Then prepare your tomatoes and onions

  3. 3

    Into a dry sufuria, heat two spoons of cooking oil, fry the onions to golden brown.Add the tomatoes and fry for 3 minutes.

  4. 4

    Then add the boiled vegetables,and a little salt and mix well. Leave to Cook for two minutes and serve with your beef and ugali. Enjoy.
