Steps

First take a vessel, add besan, rice flour salt and red chilli powder. Mix it well. Add water to make a smooth flowing dough. Do not make it very thin as it will not stick to banana. Also add baking soda to it

Peel the banana. Cut into thin slices. Please put the cut slices in water so that they don't turn black

Now heat oil in a kadhai on a low simmer on gas. Once the oil is ready to fry, mix one banana slices at a time and put it the kadhai for frying.

Fry it well on both sides till it becomes slightly brown. Remove the Bhajiya using seive and put it in a tissue paper so that it soaks extra oil

Serve it hot with suace or chutney
