Easy to make and a perfect recipe for fasting and feasting days.
Steps

In a pan,dry roast dessicated coconut and keep aside.

In the same pan,add ghee and grated apple and saute it till all the water gets dried up.

Add coconut, sugar,milk powder, cardamom powder and saffron and mix well on low flame till it leaves the sides of pan and comes whole together.

Take out in a greased pan and flatten with the back of a spoon. Spread chopped pistachios on top.

Let it cool at room temperature and then put in slits when it is little cool.

Refrigerate for 2-3 hours and then take out and separate the pieces.
