Soak long grain basmati rice for min 1 hour. Heat oil on medium heat. Add onion, ginger garlic paste and sauté until transparent. Add beans and peas.

Take another pan and sauté the paneer cubes in butter and five spices mix masala.

Gravy prepared earlier with fried onion, garlic, ginger, five spices mix in butter and cream

Add prepared gravy and paneer to the onion and beans mix and cook on medium flame. Add salt and rest all spices.

Add rice and water and cook for one whistle or if in a open pan cover and cook for 15- 20 min on medium low flame.

Serve with curd garnished with garlic and mustard seed tadka.
