Take a bowl add wheatflour,saltcrumble nicely,add little water makes a paratha dough.Take a griender jar add roasted chanadal & ginjar griend 5seconds.

Add.all spices &again griend 2 mints,transfer a boel add oil mix it well.chanadal masala is ready.

Take a ball size from dough,roll it as roti spread the chana masala spread lots of corrienderleaves chopped,than fold it as roundshape.

Again roll it as toti shspe.Heat a tava put the roti,flip it and cook 1/2 mints.addlittle ghee &nicely cook.Dhania ka paratha is ready serve with dhania pudina ka chutney or tomato chutney or curd.
