Ingredients

  1. 500 gbeef (bong ka ghost)
  2. 1 table spoonGg paste
  3. 1 table spoonRed chilli powder
  4. half tea spoonHaldi
  5. 3 table spoon Shan nihari masala (half for ghost and half in bighar)
  6. 4 (for bighar)Onion
  7. 1cupOil (half for ghost and half bighar)
  8. Lemon green chilli and ginger for garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pan heat half cup oil add gg paste and ghost bhunain jub ghost bhun jaye tu tamam masalay dal kar pakaye. Add 7 to 10 glass water at least 3 hour halki anch pay pakaye jub tuk ghost na gull jaye

    Aur 3 cup k jitna stock ho tu half cup besan pani may dissolve kar k Daley. Be careful lums na banay half hour k bad 1 alag pan may baqi half cup oil may piyaz brown karey jub piyaz golden honay lagay tu baqi nihari masala add kar k achi thara bohn kar ghost k oper dal kar dum wali anch pay lid laga k half hour pakaye

    Aur serve Karain green chillies, slice ginger aur lemon 🍋 enjoy with nan
