Ingredients: 250 g spiral pasta; 1 litre water; 2 scallion chopped; 1 LG tomato deseeded and diced; 1 small tin sweet corn; 1 tsp parsley; 1/3 cup your favourite salad dressing (I used hellmanns fat free vinaigrette); to taste salt n pepper; 1/2 tsp sweet paprika (optional)

250 gspiral pasta
1 litrewater
2scallion chopped
1LG tomato deseeded and diced
1small tin sweet corn
1 tspparsley
1/3 cupyour favourite salad dressing (I used hellmanns fat free vinaigrette)
to tastesalt n pepper
1/2 tspsweet paprika (optional)

Boil water,add pasta and cook for 8-10 minutes

Chop scallion, tomato and drain sweet corn set aside.

Drain pasta, add veggies, dressing, and seasonings mix well (I add dressing to hot pasta as it soaks it up giving each piece of pasta flavour)

Now pour out in a serving bowl and dig in 🍴
