Steps

Dry roast sama for 5-7 minutes in a pan.

Add ghee to a pan
Roast for another 2-3 mins after adding 3-4 cardamoms and crushed almonds. - 3
Add jaggery and mix well.Cook for 2 minutes.
Add orange juice and water and let it boil on a medium flame - 4
Keep on stirring the mix, till the water evaporates and a semi-solid consistency is achieved,
Turn off the heat
Serve hot.
