Buffalo chicken meatballs

Ingredients

  1. 1 lbground chicken
  2. 8 ozmushrooms
  3. 1/2 cupcarrots
  4. 1small onion
  5. 1 stalkcelery
  6. 4garlic cloves
  7. 1 tbsp.White vinegar
  8. 1/2 cupbreadcrumbs
  9. 2 tbsphot sauce (or according to taste)
  10. 1/3 cupbleu cheese crubles (or goat cheese)
  11. to tasteSalt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Combine celery,carrots, mushroom, onions and garlic in a food processor. Pulse until mixer is very fine.

    Place 2tbsp oil into a medium skillet, turn heat to medium. Add mixture cook for 6-7 minutes or until liquid is gone.

    Place in a bowl to cool for 10 mins. Once cooled Add vinegar, breadcrumbs,cheese, salt, pepper, and hot sauce

    Pre heat oven to 450°F line a baking sheet with foil and spray with non stick spray. Form meatballs using a 2tbsp measuring spoon. Bake at 450 for 15-20 mins.
