  • 100 gChicken breast
  • 1/4 pieceOnion
  • 10 gButter
  • 1 tbspFlour
  • 200 mlMilk
  • 200 mlChicken broth
  • 1/2 tspSalt
  • 1 pinchBlack pepper

Steps

    Dice the chicken and onion.

  2. 2

    Melt butter in a pot, sauté onion until soft.

  3. 3

    Add chicken and cook until no longer pink.

  4. 4

    Sprinkle flour, stir well for 1 min.

  5. 5

    Gradually add milk and chicken broth, stirring constantly.

  6. 6

    Simmer on low heat for 10 min until thickened.

  7. 7

    Season with salt and pepper, then serve.

Tips

For a richer flavor, consider adding herbs like thyme or parsley.
