Grate carrot in a food processor or in a grater.

Heat ghee in a pan,add cloves and cardamom.

Add grated carrot and cook for 5 minutes,stirring continuously.

Add sugar and condensed milk,mix.
- 5
Cook on medium flame for 10 minutes.
- 6
Now halwa is thick and started leaving ghee,add chopped dry fruits and kewra,mix well.

Serve hot.
