It is a good food while travelling. I love to prepare both veg and non-veg Sandwich for surprise visitors. Today's preparation is a little bit hot, sour and creamy. The different tastes will just melt and blend in your mouth !

Ingredients

  1. 8 piecesbrown bread
  2. 1/2 cupmashed potato
  3. 1/2 cupmashed carrot
  4. 1/2chopped capsicum
  5. 1/4 cupmashed beans
  6. 1/2 cupmashed broccoli
  7. 1 tsproasted cumin powder
  8. 1/2 tsproasted red chilli powder
  9. 1 tspblack pepper powder
  10. 2 tbsproasted peanuts
  11. 1/4 cuptomato chilli garlic sauce
  12. 4 tbspshredded cheese
  13. as requiredSalt
  14. 1 tbspolive oil
  15. 2 tbspbutter

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine mashed potato, mashed carrot, mashed beans, mashed broccoli, chopped capsicum, salt, roasted cumin powder, roasted black pepper powder, roasted red chilli powder and little amount of oil in a bowl.

    Cut the sides of the breads.

  3. 3

    Spread butter on the top of all bread.

  4. 4

    Add vegetables mixture on it.

  5. 5

    Then sprinkle tomato chilli garlic sauce and peanuts and shredded cheese.

    Cover it with another bread.
    Heat grill pan.

  7. 7

    Brush the grill pan with olive oil.

  8. 8

    Add breads and grill it on a low flame and after 8 minutes flip it.

    Press lightly.

    Grill until both the sides are golden brown.

    Serve hot.
