Ingredients

  • 1 kgpotato
  • 1big baigan
  • to tasteSalt and red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspdry mangi powder
  • 1 tspkitchen king masala
  • 2-4 tspcurd
  • 1 tspjeera
  • As neededoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a kadhai, fries all Aloo and baigan slices.

  2. 2

    Heat 2tsp oil in another pan, saktey jeera add fried vegetables and all spices.

  3. 3

    Add curd and kitchen king masala. Mix well.

  4. 4

    Serve with chapati.

  5. 5

    Now heat 2 tsp oil in
