Ingredients

  1. Foraloo dum
  2. 3-4potatoes(boiled)
  3. 2chillies(chopped)
  4. 2tomato(chopped)
  5. 2 tbspoil
  6. to tastesalt
  7. 1 tbspred chilli powder
  8. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  9. 1 tbspcoriander powder
  10. 1 tbsppan methi
  11. 1/2 tbsp kala jeera
  12. Forthupa
  13. 1 bowlthupa(boiled)
  14. 2 tbspoil
  15. 1 tbspchilli sauce
  16. 1/2 tbspchilli flakes
  17. 1/2 tbsp oregano
  18. 1 tbsptomato ketchup
  19. to tastesalt
  20. 1/2 tbsp soya sauce
  21. 1/2 tbsp vinegar
  22. 2bay leaves

Cooking Instructions

    (for alu dum)in a cooker heat oil and put kala jeera and pan methi.Fry tomato and chilli in it.Add all the spices and fry it.

    Now add the potatoes and fry it.Add some water and cover the cooker.when there is one whistle,then turn off the flame

    Your aloo dum is ready.Now lets make thupa

    Take a bowl and put thuppa in it.add all the spices and sauces except soya sauce and vinegar and oil.Mix well.

    Heat oil in a pan,add bay leaves and then add thuppa and fry well.Now add vinegar and soya sauce and fry it

    Your aloo dum thupa is ready.Serve it with coriander leaves and tomato ketchup
