Ingredients

2 servings
  • 2fresh figs (I think dry figs will work as well)
  • 30 gcream cheese
  • 5-6olives
  • lettuce
  • nuts (almonds, cashew nuts...)
  • 1 tbspbalsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbspolive oil
  • salt
  • pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Slice the fig. Tear some lettuce and cream cheese into small pieces. Crash the nuts.

  2. 2

    Combine all dressing ingredients.

  3. 3

    Arrange salad on platter and serve dressing on the side. Hope you enjoy!
