Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 3 poundslean ground beef
  2. 1 quartonion (CHOPPED)
  3. 6mint leaves (CHOPPED FINELY)
  4. 1 cuprice
  5. 5eggs
  6. Salt
  7. Black pepper
  8. 3 clovesgarlic (MINCED)
  9. water
  10. Vegetables of your Choice

Steps

  1. 1

    In a large bowl mix your ground beef, rice & seasoning.

  2. 2

    In a separate bowl whisk your eggs the add it your ground beef.

  3. 3

    Get your pot of water boiling.

  4. 4

    Chop your veggies. (I put potatoes, carrots, squash)

  5. 5

    Next get your ground beef. Start making little balls like a snow ball. If its too big itll take long to boil.

  6. 6

    Add in your veggies. Keep it medium high. Taste.add salt if needed.
